A special thank you to all families that braved the rain and stormy weather to attend this event. We enjoyed getting to know you further and we hope that you gained some valuable insight into the exciting 2023 Year 7 program!
During this event, we heard from our 2023 Year 7 Coordinator, Katherine Girbau, who shared a presentation taking us through some expectations for the year ahead. What does a typical day look like for a Year 7 student? Where can we find their timetable? How do I access COMPASS? Many valuable questions were answered!
We also heard from our Middle Years Programme (MYP) Coordinator, Jason Shulman, who took us through some curriculum information and themes that will be explored throughout the Year 7 experience. What subjects are available? Who do I go to for certain information? How much homework will there be? Sounds like some exciting things are ahead for our soon-to-be Year 7 students!
