Today is World Mental Health Day and the theme this year is ‘Our Minds, Our Rights’ where we recognise that protecting our own, and each others’ mental health is a universal human right.
How we look after our mental health and wellbeing is as unique as our fingerprint so here are some examples of ways to chill out in order to maintain your mental health.
How can you mark the day? The green ribbon is the international symbol of mental health awareness. Wearing a green ribbon (or anything green!) can show those around you that you care about their mental health. Talk to your family and friends about how you manage a tough moment or tough time, as well as the things that make you smile.
