At Preshil, we are a small, secular, co-educational school for young people in Kindergarten through to Year 12. For nearly a century, we’ve shaped an education that breaks the mould—one that starts with the individual and builds outwards.
Students here take real ownership of their learning. They’re supported to develop responsibility for their actions, their learning and, over time, their futures. We believe in fitting the school to the child, not the other way around. Creating the conditions for young people to find their voice, explore their passions and grow into confident, capable individuals.
Our approach to behaviour is restorative and relationship-based, grounded in trust, dialogue and shared responsibility. We value educators who bring strong leadership, curiosity and a commitment to real learning, and who are ready to work collaboratively in a community that challenges the system with purpose.
