Our enrolment process works best when families provide honest and accurate responses to the application form questions. This ensures we have the most complete picture of your child so our staff are aware of their strengths and needs, which allows us to plan how they may join our community. We look forward to receiving these details and collaboratively working with you through this process.
A non-refundable application fee of $150.00 is charged per application.
Before starting this form, please make sure that you have the following available:
A copy of your child's most recent school report (if applicable)
A copy of your child's up to date Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register in line with the No Jab No Play policy (if applying for Kindergarten)
Copies of documentation (where a diagnosis has been made, please provide copies of documentation from supporting professionals including test results such as WISC, other educational assessments and reports).
