We foster tolerance, compassion and a concern for social justice, encouraging students to notice the issues of their time and respond with purpose.
What this looks like in practice
A strong philosophy needs strong structures. Our educational principles shape how we design school—while still meeting all regulatory and program requirements.

- A flexible, dynamic curriculum using diverse resources and real-world experiences to support different paces, interests and strengths.
- Restorative practices and processes that support student voice—like three-way conferences where young people lead conversations about progress and goals.
