Support And Counselling For Young People And Their Families

eheadspace
A confidential, free and secure space where young people 12 – 25 or their family can chat, email or speak on the phone with a qualified youth mental health professional.

Kids Helpline
A counselling service for Australian children and young people aged between 5 and 25 years.

Youth Beyond Blue
Contains really useful information and factsheets about Depression and Anxiety in young people. It also assists in finding appropriate supports, including a directory of doctors and mental health practitioners and a helpline to help in navigating this directory.

Boroondara Youth Service (360)
360 (Youth Services) are located at Hawthorn Arts Centre, 360 Burwood Road, Hawthorn.
The centre is open from 10am to 6pm each week day and young people are welcome to drop in to talk to us, utilise computers or just hang out.

In partnership with Centrelink, Eastern Community Legal Centre, Camcare, Headspace and Harrison Uniting Care, 360 is able to offer specialised support regarding finances, legal concerns such as public transport fines, youth counselling, mental health support, housing and accommodation.
