Preshil Scholarship Program – now open
Our scholarship application period is now open and will close 31 May 2026.
In the classroom and the art studio, on the stage and in the community and beyond, Preshil students exhibit outstanding intellect, spirit, creativity, generosity, and leadership. Preshil encourages each student to explore their passions, take ownership of their learning, and shape their own unique journey. Preshil is committed to providing opportunities for students who may not otherwise have access to an independent school education. Our Scholarship Program reflects this commitment, aiming to support students from diverse backgrounds and contribute to an inclusive and vibrant community. Each year, Preshil seeks students who are eager to further their imagination, creativity, and independent thinking. We encourage enthusiastic and inventive applicants who will bring depth and diversity to our school community.
Our scholarships reflect Preshil’s commitment to valuing the whole child, recognising that academic success is only one part of a rich and well-rounded education. We welcome applicants with a wide range of skills and interests, from musicians, actors, and filmmakers to authors, activists, artists, and orators. These self-aware learners are ready to celebrate their individuality and share their passions with the school community. In previous years, we have received applications from talented and accomplished musical theatre actors, aspiring and creative filmmakers, budding scientists focused on technological advancements, and outspoken advocates for causes such as sustainability, climate action, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
We seek students who excel in innovative and creative endeavours, and who approach education with energy and curiosity. These students view their learning journey as much more than just schooling. They may already be engaged in meaningful pursuits within the school or wider community, whether through outstanding artistic talents, technological ventures such as developing games, apps, or websites, or through creative outlets like running Youtube channels. We also highly value students with a passion for the performing arts, including those who dream of becoming actors, filmmakers, or musicians. Preshil provides a welcoming and safe environment for students to explore and grow in these areas.
We are excited to open our doors to students who would thrive at Preshil and contribute positively to our school community. Our scholarships aim to increase diversity, foster enthusiasm, and invite families to join our inclusive and progressive learning environment.

Creativity & Innovation Scholarship – application details
For students who don’t wait to be told what’s possible.
The Creativity & Innovation Scholarship is for bold, original thinkers — young people who question, design, experiment and build. It recognises students who combine imagination with action: coders who create apps, scientists who test new ideas, filmmakers who tell powerful stories, artists who push boundaries, and entrepreneurs who turn curiosity into enterprise. At Preshil, creativity lives across disciplines. STEM and the arts are not separate worlds here — they intersect. Innovation might look like engineering a prototype, launching a social initiative, composing music, developing a game, writing and publishing original work, or building a digital platform with purpose. What matters most is initiative, depth of thinking and the courage to explore the unknown.
This scholarship supports students who show exceptional talent, self-motivation and a genuine commitment to their craft. It is designed for those who want the freedom to pursue their passions, challenge the status quo and contribute meaningfully to a progressive learning community. We are seeking imaginative, self-directed learners who lead with ideas, act with purpose and are ready to shape what comes next.

The scholarship is valued at 60% of the annual tuition fees. Families are responsible for the confirmation of enrolment fee, remaining tuition fees (40%) and additional school expenses.

Our learners are active participants: ready to engage, contribute and shape the life of the school.
We recognise that First Nations students play a vital role in strengthening understanding across our community. For our students, this is a positive and mutually beneficial exchange — where we learn about, learn from and learn with First Nations peoples.
