Term 1 in the Kindergarten Program
Throughout the term, the kindergarten program has had a focus supporting children, families and educators with developing a sense of belonging. The learning environment has been key in creating opportunities for interactions, explorations and discovery. At this stage of the term, we are seeing children feeling at home, they show confidence and feel empowered to voice out their ideas and support each other.
Science Talent Search Competition
Students are invited to participate in the Science Talent Search, a statewide competition run by the Science Teachers’ Association of Victoria that celebrates creativity, curiosity, and scientific investigation.
You can enter individually or with a partner and choose from a range of project types, such as:
Experimental investigations, Models or inventions, Posters or presentations, Computer programs or games, Science photography or video, or Creative science writing.
This is a great opportunity to explore a topic you are passionate about and showcase your scientific thinking.
If you are interested in participating, please contact Dr Carolina Imlach Castano, Head of Faculty Science, Maths and Health.
